Put in place a systematic methodology for environmental remediation of mold, asbestos, and lead paint. Provided a resource to the Affordable Housing Group in obtaining affordable housing tax credits for upgrading the affordable portfolio in the eastern region. Directed and accountable for all CapEx construction for the region with a CapEx budget of $780 million. Led staff of 12 construction managers.Achievements:• Directed $250 million Flamingo Point Apartments development in Miami Beach, Florida. Construction included 875 J.W. Marriott rooms, 123 Ritz-Carlton rooms, a convention wing containing a Diamond Ballroom that seats 2,800 guests, a Platinum Ballroom that seats 2,300 guests and a Gold Ballroom that can seat 1,900 guests.   Marks Advisors, LLC provides Construction Management, Construction Consulting, Development Management, and Program Management services to private developers, equity investors, owners of real estate, general contractors, and financial institutions.Achievements:• Managed construction of $94 million 26-story dual branded Hampton Inn / Homewood Suites by Hilton in Chicago’s West Loop. Completed $1.4 million project under-budget and one month ahead of schedule.• Development Manager for Maluhia at Wailea, a development of 14 custom built, fully furnished high end, single family residences, located at Wailea, south Maui, Hawaii. The average selling price was $8.2 million dollars.• Completed $160 million 46-story, 444 unit luxury iconic residential tower in Chicago, Illinois.• Performed new construction and adaptive reuse of the LondonHouse Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton, in Chicago. Built adaptive reuse and new construction of a 454 key hotel along with a massive rooftop bar, meeting spaces, spa, and exercise studio. The total budget of $125 million inclusive of demolition, construction, FF&E and OS&E.• Built the Block 6 High Rise Residential Development, 404 units of affordable market rate apartments, in San Francisco, California budget achieved at $130 million.• Development consultation to the developer for The Bristol, Palm Beach, Fl. Construction of 69 custom built condominiums on the intercostal waterway. Average selling price per unit exceeded $5 million. • Construction consultant the joint venture who constructed the new American Airlines hangar #2 facility at O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, IL. With an opening expanse of 528 feet, it's the longest-span dual-threshold airline hangar in the world. The hangar is 191,000 square feet and can accommodate 6 narrow body or 2, Boeing 777X wide body aircraft.• Directed the 777 S. State project converting rental apartments to student housing units.
