      • Specialized in customer facing roles such as Foreign Exchange and Customer service in Caherciveen branch, and as coin teller and Commercial cash in Tralee branch where I had regular interaction with key business customers and enjoyed a good working relationship in all of my dealings with them• I trained in lenders support role during 2012 and it was a job role that I found most interesting and where I felt I excelled. I put together applications for Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) lending, using accounts and projections received in order to put forward a case to sanction lending to SME businesses. I received positive feedback on the quality of my applications and the prompt delivery of same. • I also spent time as the iBusiness Banking Co-Ordinator for the Tralee branch whilst simultaneously working in the foreign exchange role. This gave me the opportunity once again to interact with Business customers. In my time as iBB co-ordinator my sales figures met the weekly target at a minimum & regularly exceeded same. As it was an extra duty, it often required out of hours work and the initiative to train myself in to the role.• Over my five years service in AIB Tralee, I was trained into the role of ATM official, which involved balancing & filling the two on-site ATMs and ensuring they remained in service for a minimum of 97% of the time. This involved the handling of very large sums of cash and my balancing record was exemplary. While I was not in the role of ATM official, I remained a point of contact when needed to keep the machines in service.• Before leaving AIB employment, I was given the task of training two replacements into the roles of both commercial cashier & ATM official.
