    • Dummit Fradin

      Oct 2011 - Feb 2015
      Trial Attorney

Dummit Fradin was primarily a criminal defense firm at the time I joined the team. My responsibility was to build out the family law department, which had been largely dormant, by developing business and retaining clients through exemplary client service and legal performance. I expanded the family law department by growing revenue and adding additional attorneys to the practice area. The family law division for the firm became one of the firm’s top revenue generators under my leadership. I also supervised and mentored junior attorneys, support staff, and paralegals. I assisted the firm in its expansion efforts and participated in the opening of new offices across North Carolina. I undertook several projects to sharpen business systems including designing a new employee on-boarding process, revising standard client contracts, and developing new billing systems. Dummit Fradin is a North Carolina Law firm with offices in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point with attorneys handling cases in a variety of areas including family law, criminal defense, workers' compensation, and immigration. • Cordell & Cordell

      Feb 2015 - Apr 2017
      Associate Attorney

In February of 2015, I opened the Greensboro, North Carolina office for Cordell & Cordell, one of the largest family law litigation firms in the country. In addition to the day to day operations of the office, I was responsible for managing a client caseload from intake to completion. As a family law attorney, my practice was solely focused on domestic issues including separation, divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, and alimony. Through this work, I gained literacy in family financial portfolios and insight into family dynamics that affect financial decision-making. Through client management, I developed relationship management techniques to ensure superior customer service. Cordell & Cordell has grown to more than 200 lawyers focused on family law across the country and opened its first office in the United Kingdom in May 2015. Show less
