  Quality Control Engineer

  QC engineer who is responsible for reviewing codes, processes, and specifications. Oversees the process of receiving and inspecting products from raw materials stage to the delivery of the final product. With a wide knowledge of tests related to raw materials, fresh concrete, repair materials, and preparing reports related to quality control, materials, and document submissions.Tasks:•Ensure that all quality control goals for the company or projects are achieved.•Maintaining all documents related to quality control, including WIR, NCR, test resulats, and certificates.•Follow up daily and monthly tests of raw materials and review their results.•Follow up on fresh concrete and related tests.•Assist the QC Manager to obtain the ISO 9001 certificate and ensure that all facilities are prepared for ISO audits.•Inspection the molds and works before casting and ensuring they comply with the required specifications and shop drawings, then giving the casting order. Next post pour inspection stage by taking some notes about the general condition of production. The last stage of inspection on loading time to ensure that the final product is free from any defects, all the dimensions comply with shop drawings and the finishing surface if required.Achievements:We have worked on multiple precast concrete projects, such as manholes, tanks, fence columns, NJ, C-bunkers, T-walls, etc.- A large-scale project like ABDAR Modular Secondary School has an area of +7000 m2 and more than 1000 structural elements, including walls (sandwich panel, solid panel), columns, and beams, except for the hollow core slabs.- Residential buildings, villas consisting of one or several floors, as well as public facilities for parks.- Recently, we have been working on manufacturing Modular Youth Club Al-Salt, which consists of more than 200 structural elements in addition to its hollow core slabs.
