  • Coordinate and secure information needed in tenant selection process relating to all programs administered by the Housing Authority including all phases of the application process from dissemination of forms and information, appointments to complete applications, verification of eligibility or ineligibility, notification of status, to placement on waiting lists of eligible households. • Maintain waiting list; update and secure information needed in tenant selection; lease preparation and timely execution; collect rent and security deposit due; initial, annual, and periodic apartment inspections.
