  • About me

    -More than 20 years of professional experience in the world of architecture and urban planning, where I have been able to participate in positions of great responsibility, managing, coordinating and leading a multitude of projects at the national level. I have been lucky enough to direct projects both in the private and public spheres. - Enthusiastic in the use of new technologies in the field of urban planning, architecture, structures, installations, sustainability and energy efficiency, and about the establishment of a real cooperative relationship between clients, construction companies and the final users. Great experience with CAD, BIM and GIS software. - My current activities include managing the design areas, strategic and technical planning, and business development and innovation. I assist clients in legal proceedings as an Expert, with great success, and on occasions in which I am requested by a Court, I act as a Judicial Expert. I have a high achievement orientation, flexibility, adaptability, empathy, good social and communication skills. - With leadership, management and organization skills, I have an open, dynamic, proactive and trustworthy character. Achievement-oriented and ambitious towards new challenges, with tenacity, strategic vision and empathy. - Management and performance of any of the functions of architectural design, Project Management, feasibility studies, analysis services and technical consultancy for structures, acoustics, installations and energy saving, and Due Diligences drafting. Expert in new regulations, Sustainability and Energy Certification. - Passionate about technology, business relationships and strategy definition, I usually participate in positions that require strategic vision, teamwork, travel and fluid relationships at all levels. - Open to professional development opportunities and achieve new goals. - I have high knowledge of acoustics in general, and architectural acoustics in particular (noise and vibration insulation, and space conditioning). I have taught specialized software courses. - With concerns in charitable causes and volunteering, I am a member of the Rotary Club, and responsible for the Projects Area for the year 2022-2023 in the Rotary Club of Pozuelo de Alarcón.
