Process oriented leader with skills to influence and negotiate in both informal and formal leadership roles, my belief is that key to success is to ensure that all are well informed and key to every realtionship is ample communication. Adaptability and effective collaboration are key strengths which define my personality, have worked in various industries and roles like Analytics, Customer Service, Operations, HR Operations, Staffing/Recruitment and finally Business Management. I personally believe that there are so many common things which I learnt in last 20 years across these roles that can help teams avoid pitfalls in operations and management.
