      • Involves management of multi vendor teams located at multiple locations in India and UK.• Working as E2E Delivery Manager for BT Retail. Responsible for Requirement capturing, Technical assessment of the requirements, estimating the cost and size with various stakeholders, E2E Design, Development, Delivery, Testing support pre deployment phase and support post deployment on operational issues.• Fiber Broadband is a complex new product and required managing/tracking of activities across various levels (Network, Process and OSS).• Primary responsibility is towards E2E delivery of user stories (Agile) for a given release. This requires formulation of delivery plan in line with the release plan, managing scope for the release with the stake holders, managing/tracking deliveries from Design teams, Components, Network teams, Network vendors and testing teams. • Responsible for Release Planning, Requirement Management, Design Readiness Check, cost collection and approvals, Budget utilization Monitoring, Planning & Checking Test Environment Readiness , Sprint planning & monitoring, Progress Reporting, Test Progress Monitoring, • Involves leading the Design, Component Delivery and Testing teams for successful delivery of scope. • Component and Design team capacities need to be considered to arrive at an optimized scope.
