  My roles and responsibilities were varied and wide spread throughout my time in this role. The base responsibilities were to manage and maintain the flow of information from the IT technical team and the IT sales teams. All quote and contract requests for IT sales reps were reviewed, spec'd and quoted by me. I also handled post order processing once orders were signed by customers including processing paperwork, sourcing & purchasing, and receiving. I was in charge of IT hardware warranty claim processing as well as the servicing of HP computers for our Salt Lake location. I developed processes and procedures for the accurate and timely completion of warranty claims. I processed 100+ warranty claims in our first year.I began to be featured on a lot of marketing material for our IT department at this time. I was the face of our quote documents being featured on the cover page. Show less I was responsible for prompt and efficient service and support to our customers for their print devices and fax machines. I was one of the few individuals trained in maintaining standalone fax equipment. While in role I was named Technician of the Month numerous times as well as Tech of the Quarter for 4 straight quarters. As a technician we were required and trained to know how to dismantle a printer or multifunction copier to the frame and put it back together without missing a screw. We were named a Platinum service provider from Sharp and maintained that status while I was in the department. Show less
