  I was tasked with the organization, development, and opening of this new satellite office. I had a construction materials project to manage out of this particular office, which was the main reason for opening it, and had it opened for business in a matter of months. Daily oversight of scheduling, product output, and profit/loss were a small portion of my duties. Aside from managing the office as a whole, I ran our materials testing facility as well, managed our retained projects, and bid our outsourced services. As the assistant manager of the testing laboratory, I was solely responsible for the testing of project materials within ASTM conformance to verify material quality on a project to project basis. As results were obtained they were filed in our classification system and results were reported to to clients with efficient turnaround. I trained a majority of our field staff to be competent in materials testing which allowed them to increase the lab's proficiency output. I was responsible for training all new hires and interns in our filing protocols and in house work capacities. I also managed our company fleet including, service logs, insurance/registration paperwork rotation and payments, and vehicle delegation.
