  Provided onsite process engineering support for 6 natural gas processing facilities totaling approximately 600 MMSCFD of gas processing capacity. Participated in the planning (scope definition, risk identification, and development of chemical cleaning procedures) of 3 turnarounds for natural gas processing facilities.Provided on site process engineering support for 7 turnarounds for natural gas processing facilities.Completed approximately 100 internal inspections on process vessels to assess any corrosion or damage to vessel internals. Contributed to the completion of a multi-year $100+ million expansion/debottleneck project of Spectra Jedney’s gas processing facility through attending HAZOP’s, CHAZOP’s (Control HAZOP), and completing over 15 MOC’s. Completed monthly data validations on production volumes/data for 6 natural gas processing facilities to facilitate the allocation of gas and liquid volumes to Spectra’s gas producers. Show less

  Provides onsite process engineering support for one of the largest NGL fractionation facilities inNorth America (130 kBPD).Initiated and completed the design, execution, and rollout of PMC’s NGL-TEAM daily processmonitoring program to Operations.Created and managed PMC’s utility efficiency program for Sarnia. Developed an excel based tool tocalculate the facilities utility costs (fuel gas and power) based on which NGL fractionation towersand pumps are online, facility feed rate, ambient temperature, and reboiler fouling factor. It alsoprovides an indication of what is and isn’t an efficient way to run the facility. Using this tool overthe course of a full year is estimated to provide ~$1.7M in utility savings.Successfully troubleshot the Merox unit within 2 weeks of starting at PMC. Historically, the Meroxunit would only produce spec nC4 20-30% of the time, resulting in excessive off spec product andre-run. After troubleshooting, the unit has produced spec nC4 100% of the time. Summarized theresults of this troubleshootingManages PMC’s pressure safety valve (PSV) out of service program to ensure safe removal of allPSV’s on site.Acted as the local subject matter expert for PMC’s rollout of Plant Information (PI).
