  I am working currently as continuous improvement coach looking for operation & maintenance function where my job focusing in spreading the knowledge of continuous improvement and how it changes work for better. As well, I am looking for building people capabilities in continuous improvements and coaching people. This position taking care of investigating corporate issues which have high business impact like oil Deferment, costs and Asset integrity process safety incident .I used causal Learning methodology in the investigation which helps to reach to the systemic failures and prevent issue reoccurrence.
