  • Project Co-ordinator - responsible for full end-to-end process of Technical Release Acceptance for Customer SW Releases in Live Networks• Interface with network operators (customers) in relation to acceptance processes, including setting initial contacts, discussing “release entry-level” criteria –including Features requirements by the customer, planning and handling test activities, discussing problems from test activities, negotiating results and product/release acceptance. • Technical Oversee/Management of TOL creation and planning (with Regression Features and New Features acceptance for each release), and making the test results available both internally to Project line and externally to Customers.• Responsible for FoA and Customer Lab Trial and Field Trial activities, including creation and overseeing of all MOP creations.• Responsible for working with Customers on Feature needs for future releases and to come up with the Feature List and follow up internally to analyze, create, develop test cases and testing strategies specific to each customer.
