  In this role, I held overarching responsibility for the management and strategic oversight of the largest Private Banking team in the Baltic region. During my tenure we achieved the highest customer satisfaction level and secured record-breaking asset volumes. In addition I contributed as a decision-making member of the credit- and KYC committee. The period was marked by a pronounced emphasis on compliance with KYC protocols, alongside rigorous adherence to AML and CTF. In this role, my task was to ensure that Swedbank Estonia's businesses operated in accordance with both local and international competition law requirements and rules. I was also tasked with consolidating the resolution of the respective issues of Latvian and Lithuanian Swedbank business lines.
