My work has brought in over £80,000 in fixed penalties for the council till date.- Managing and working with a group of 7 neighbourhood’s officers who bring back large reports with extensive evidence of antisocial behaviour across the borough.- Delegating administrative tasks to 2 business support officers who gather and compile information which is used for enforcement purposes.- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders e.g. environmental health officers, the police and local residents to find remedies to combat ASB issues- Issuing enforcement notices to non-compliant parties.- Compiling and reporting results and revenues to council directors on a monthly basis using CIVICA council systems, Microsoft word and excel documents.
