  This group meets quarterly to review overdose fatalities in Rhode Island for the purpose of developing interventions to reduce mortality. -Create meeting agendas to prioritize voices of community stakeholders, and treatment equity and access for marginalized groups.-Facilitate initiative to improve substance use treatment for residents of long-term care facilities.-Work with the Racial Equity Work Group to study and address treatment barriers faced by people of color, including stimulant users.
