  I worked for (04) four consecutive years in this French international bank as Leasing Manager.In addition to my responsibilities and my main missions, I was appointed as "Lease Project Manager" for the year 2011/2012 in order to review the entire organization and process of the product, in centralized mode, within the bank, upstream and downstream: Dimensioning and spin-off of the Leasing Credit business within NATIXIS Algeria.Among my main missions:• Have the responsibility to set up an aggressive commercial strategy and an organization adapted to the practical reality of the market while respecting: image, reactivity, professionalism and support;• Establishment of the credit authorization.• Validation of guarantees, lines of credit and transfer of funds.• Stay in permanent contact with different levels of state institutions (banks, municipalities, insurance, police, taxes, customs ...) and private institutions (supplier of equipment for the automotive industry and / or the machine, banks, multinationals , insurance ...).• Provide training interns.
