This policy ensures responsible usage of deepenrich.com services to maintain performance and availability for all users, preventing overuse or misuse.

Users are expected to:

• Use services reasonably and proportionately, without burdening the platform.
• Avoid any activities that degrade the experience for other users.
• Comply with relevant laws, including those related to data protection and privacy.
• You are not allowed to use/buy/purchase any free/complimentary services without purchase credits.

The following are prohibited:

• Overconsumption: Running excessive automated queries, scraping data, or large bulk operations.
• Mass Outreach Violations: Sending unsolicited bulk messages beyond acceptable limits.
• Data Misuse: Using lead data improperly, including spamming or unauthorized data sharing.
• Circumventing Platform Limits: Creating multiple accounts or bypassing usage restrictions.

deepenrich.com monitors user activity to ensure compliance. If your usage is deemed excessive or unfair, actions may include:

• Warning: A request to adjust your usage.
• Service Restrictions: Temporary or permanent access limitations.
• Account Termination: For repeated violations.

The teams is a feature of deepenrich.com where you can add managers and agents under an admin account. Under teams, there are three roles:

Admin:

• If you are the one purchasing a plan then you will be set as admin.
• Admin can add or remove manager(s) and agent(s) under itself.
• Admin can also change the roles of existing team members.

Manager:

• A manager is added by the admin.
• A manager can add, remove, or change the status of agents.
• Manager(s) can also assign credits to agents.
• Manager(s) can manage and export all contact lists.

Restriction to manager(s) role:

• Purchase or change subscription plan.
• Search contacts/ leads.
• Delete their own account.

Agent:

• Agent(s) can search leads/contacts and make purchases of contact information.
• Agent(s) can add contacts to a list assigned to them.

Restriction to agent(s) role:

• Purchase or change subscription plan.
• Create or export any contact lists.
• Delete their own account.

In the pricing section, the 'free' has different definitions for different plans. You are allowed to send free emails but with a daily limit which is as follows:

One Time Trial:

• 20 emails per day.

Half Yearly:

• Individual: 50 emails per day.
• Business: 100 emails per day.

Yearly:

• Individual: 100 emails per day.
• Business: 200 emails per day.

These limits are for one admin account. It is not per manager or per agent. All the agents under your panel will share these limits.

Excessive usage may lead to additional charges as per your service agreement.

deepenrich.com have all the rights to restrict you from using its services once it detects that you are violating our Fair Use Policy or to protect the platform from any potential or suspected fraud, hacking attacks, misuse of the Data, excessive use, including excessive downloads or screen views that indicate a violation of these Terms (such as sharing with third parties) or attempting to circumvent limitations to Credits (if applicable), and the like.This ‘Limitation’ or ‘Suspension’ of service can be of any duration of time depending on our internal compliance processes, use technological means to place reasonable use limits on the Customer’s daily or monthly consumption of Credits or access to the Platform.

deepenrich.com reserves the right to amend this policy at any time and will notify users of any significant changes.
