The Lean Methods Group (formerly known as BMGI) is a global management consulting firm specializing in the application of highly collaborative and methodical approaches to business performance improvement. With deep roots in traditional Lean and Six Sigma, the people and approaches of the Lean Methods Group have evolved over more than 20 years. In addition to focusing on process improvement, the Lean Methods Group also offers a thriving strategy and innovation practice. While most clients initially engage us for specific needs, our holistic operational strategy model puts it all in context. The methodical nature of everything we do is critical to achieving true collaboration. Without methodologies, your people cannot quickly learn to work side-by-side with ours, they cannot learn new skills in the process and, most importantly, improvements are much less likely to be sustained after we are gone.
