  Key leader at Grand Valley State University, assisting with overall planning, management and evaluation of the division and university initiatives and services as well as leads the Dean of Students’ office functions and team. I provide oversight, leadership and support to the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, the Office of Student Life and oversees the Division’s crisis response, first-year experience initiatives, family programs and divisional communication and marketing efforts. Serving as second in command within the Division of Student Affairs, I am official spokesperson for the division on a myriad of university governance committees, lead divisional initiatives, and often the “face” of the division to students and parents.
