  During this period, I grew the company from 190 Operating Franchised Retail Locations to over 400. Launched a company-wide Point of Sale (POS) system, which provided executive management with an entirely new level of information from which to make strategic and operational decisions. Prior to this, decisions hinged on analysis of Verizon provided activation reports. This new granular level of information revolutionized management’s ability to grasp emerging trends and set strategies and tactics to grow the business and optimize profitability. Launched a financial tracking program which ensured that monies due to franchise locations were paid and collected in a timely manner. At the time, franchisees lost revenue due to discrepancies between carrier reporting and Verizon reporting.
