  As a partner, was part of ZRP's board, which is responsible for the company's strategy. Also led ZRP's financial department, maintained client relationships and negotiated an equity deal with investors. ZRP is a software development consultancy firm. Since the beginning of the firm, in 2015, acted as a lead consultant in projects for startups and corporations, but also as the firm's managing partner. Playing those roles, helped the business grow from 0 to 1 million dollars of yearly revenues in 8 years, with an initial 700 dollars funding and no external capital. During that journey, developed business growth and financial management skills besides relevant leadership traits.

  Acting as PO for the Remote Sales transformation project powered by use cases of Artificial Intelligence. The department of Remote Sales helps Santander deliver a great customer experience, by distributing financial products that enable people’s dreams and support business growth. My team is responsible for operations, IT development, change management, business inteligence and reporting to the Executive Board.
