  Creating dashboard and KPIs on Medallia Strikedeck platform for Wood Mackenzie which was the energy business unit of Verisk.- building a Customer 360 dashboard on Strikedeck which is a Customer Success Management platform capable of integrating data from different sources and provides a holistic view of customers.Creating logics for different performance indicators and implementing them in Strikedeck as Health metrics. By leveraging Health scoring , Customer focus team was notified of all the critical status changes to help reduce churn.-Managing automation in Strikedeck which provides playbooks and workflow recipes that can be set up as an early warning system to changes that might signal churn risk-Regular checks post Go-live to ensure Strikedeck data is correct and instance is running fine and continuously supporting Customer focus team for all future integrations.Developed Power BI dashboards for targeted product suggestions for Verisk business units Claims and Xactware Show less
