  Worked on a project named "Design of centralized lubrication system for shovel"Shovels are equipped with total loss grease lubrication system. Which includes Air operated pump systems, Solenoid Valves, Measuring Valves, Hoses and Fittings, Pressure Switches, Controller etc.Visited Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) and South Eastern Coal Fields Ltd (SECL) to understand and analyse the lubrication system equipped on the shovels.Pump system, Bearing Groups, Time settings, Lubrication quantity were analyzed and optimized Bill of Material along with the costing were provided.
