Dip.150 – Fatturato 50 mln €.)c/o lo stabilimento di Pieve d’Alpago (BL), dal 2007 al 2013, produzione di chiller e pompe di calore per l’industria e Grandi Impianti. Produzione su commessa (B2B). Dip.200 Fatturato 80 mln €.). Qui ho sviluppato una profonda competenza sulla produzione e collaudo dei chiller ad alta capacità montati con compressori a vite e centrifughi Turbocor.Riportando a Direttore Qualità di Gruppo, mi occupavo di:• controllo qualità di prodotto-processo • controllo qualità della supply chain (auditing, validazioni nuovi componenti) • calcolo dei KPI della qualità interna ed esterna• gestionereclami clienti• certificazioni ISO 9001 e di prodotto (PED direttiva 97/23/EC)• responsabile delle procedure di collaudo finale di tutta la produzione• coordinamento di quattro risorse (due addette alla gestione non conformità e due tecnici di controllo qualità in linea e su prodotto).In Carbonera (TV) plant from 2013 ut to 2016, Manufacturing of household chillers and heat pumps, close controls.   Quality ManagerOltre alle mansioni tipiche del ruolo, ho avuto la responsabilità della gestione dei Reclami clienti (Customer Claim), per i quali ho organizzato un team di risorse (circa 5 risorse) e sviluppato una nuova analisi 8D per eradicare i claim ricorrenti. In addition to the tasks typical of the role, I was responsible for managing customer complaints, for which I organized a team of resources (about 5 resources) and developed a new 8D analysis to eradicate recurring claims.Achievement: the punctuality rate of complaint resolution increased from 60% to 85% in the indicated period.
