Monitor performance of the production team/sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality/workmanship concern with the requirements. Provide support to functional leadership by gathering and analyzing Quality information and initiatives. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing processes and product outputs, identify systemic problems and opportunity areas, providing data and direction to the site and work with the team members to drive process improvements to work toward zero-defect quality performance. Provide support and assistance to senior management and project personnel to guarantee the project quality objectives are achieved in a timely manner. Maintain high level of consistency and final quality for all parts manufactured at the company fabrication yard. Motivate team to perform, produce and keep quality levels high through attention to detail.
