Stonewood Hotels & Resorts Group at Mapusa ,Goa.• Heading Unit HRs Team of 13 nos. which ensure on-time goal setting process, payroll, compliances, conducting goal audits for 100% compliance for all the units. • Responsible for all HR reports like compensation analysis, skill set matrix, age matrix, qualification matrix, profile analysis, CTC comparisons, manpower analysis, etc.• Responsible for Employee Service Files at Corporate Office in Mapusa,Goa along .• Ensuring timely confirmation of probationers, processing & implementation of increments as scheduled with help of Unit HRs.• Responsible for smooth Internal unit transfers of employees with different locations.• Handling Performance Management and identifying scope for improving the same. • Preparing reports for appraisal system as per performance review and development plan based on KRA, calculating fitment for the promotion cases.• Organizing employee communication meetings on Monthly basis at the Units also ensuring timely redressal of grievances / concerns to achieve employee satisfaction.• Ensuring proper Induction of all new joiners across Units and smooth processing of all joining formalities.• Handling Off Roll employees, Trainees (Industrial & On Job) under Apprentices Act, Contract Labours along with all IR issues for the entire Units Pan India.
