  Provide district level leadership for Inclusive Education (Special Education) in the Kent School District. The Kent School District serves approximately 27,000 students with a special education population of approximately 2,900. The Kent School District is one of the most diverse districts in the country with over 138 languages spoken. Lead a team of dedicated several hundred district and building level professionals towards a vision of increased educational outcomes for students with disabilities. Urgently working to increase opportunities for students with disabilities to receive services through inclusive practices in the least restrictive environment possible while focusing on reducing disproportionality and increasing post-school outcomes.
