  In actively contributing to this project, I played a key role in meticulously standardizing data collection using tools such as Excel, R, and Winsteps. I ensured the reliability and integrity of the dataset by carefully addressing errors and handling missing values during the data cleaning phase.Employing my proficiency in statistical analysis, I calculated descriptive statistics to unveil crucial insights into central tendencies and data variability. Additionally, I skillfully conducted an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to unveil underlying dimensions within the data. My role extended to the assessment of internal consistency through reliability analysis, utilizing methodologies like Cronbach's alpha. The validation process was comprehensive, involving thorough examinations of content, construct, and criterion-related validity. In advanced analyses, I applied Item Response Theory (IRT) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for a deeper understanding of measurement precision and theoretical models. Through concurrent and predictive validity testing, I established meaningful relationships with relevant variables. Furthermore, cross-validation using independent datasets ensured the robustness and generalizability of our findings. Summarizing the results, I presented a comprehensive report that included identified factors, reliability coefficients, and validity evidence, all interpreted in the context of the instrument's intended purpose.
