      I was managing the BU of the company in house build H/W named Plato covering Desktops, Notebooks, Servers and accessories. We had a sales division in the BU, a Purchase division, a Marketing division and Production line and WH of total 4 Managers and 60 employees. Business size more that 50M$ per year.

      Managing the Business Alliances relationship and Key Investments in the Central Europe (CE) Market (Germany - Austria, Switzerland and ECE & Israel) to support our Core & Growth Strategies. Leading the sales of HP's Security Solutions. A great portfolio offering of H/W and S/W based solutions that clearly states the advanced and heavily invested HP strategy in security in these "Cloudy" days. Develop the Thin Client business in Virtualization environment and as a Cloud Access device. Organize the Partner Network and extend the synergies between HP and the major System Integrator. In parallel continue growing the OEM business through the major OEM distribution Partners and directly with the key OEM Customers by extending the solutions offering and elaborating on HP's latest innovations and program efficiency. Working as Business Development manager for WS with special focus in O&G and Engineering industries. Coordinate with major Industries (O&G - Engineering) ISVs and IHVs for technology and expertise sharing.. Responsible to manage all Personal System Group Value Business for ME MED & Africa. Key priorities to develope a very strong Business Development Strategy, Managing business growth and MKT Shares Sales Manager for Corporate sales managing the local teams in the 4 African sub regions. Key accomplishments was to grow the business by more than 20% in less than 18 months, establish the leadership team for the sub regions and develop a very strong customer base to which we act as trusted advisors Responsible for all HP Personal System Group Sales in C&E space cross products. Managing a team of 5 people. Main scope to grow the SoW in existsing customer and Hunt new customers from competitors by managing the over all business margin.
