It has two manned sites: C4I at Capodichino and SATCOM at Lago Patria. NCTS Naples has approximately 20 Officers, 325 Enlisted personnel, and 40 civilians.

      Served as the brigade command and control system administrator responsible for fielding the first Air Defense and Airspace Management (ADAM) Cell to 3HBCT 1CD. Duties and responsibilities include database configuration, data network inter-connectivity planning and implementation, performance monitoring, as well as the voice networks. Responsible for training/administration of 6 personnel and $3 million in equipment. Additional duties included that of of Assistant Brigade Aviation Officer and TACOPs Officer (Tactical Operations) while deployed to Baqubah, Iraq 2006-2008. Technical expertise allowed the ADAM Cell to properly maintain the A2C2 picture needed in order to track over 50 Battalion and Company size air assault operations. Served on Brigade Staff under Colonel David Sutherland during very intensive battle periods in the Diyala Province. Recommended for the Bronze Star medal and lauded by Department of State Diyala PRT Leader, Mr. John M. Jones, for dedicated service contributing to the success of the Provincial Reconstruction Team building the capacity of the Diyala Provincial Government. As a result schools are open, electricity is operating in more businesses, water is reaching a majority of the population, and the Iraqi people have hope for a brighter future/ Show less

As a curriculum manager duties include updating the Plan of Instruction (POI) for the courses to reflect the Current Operational Environment (COE) and advancements in the use and execution the applied technology as well as current tactics techniques and procedures (TTP’s).
