  As the leader of the Data Analytics team, I was responsible for exponentially growing the team, starting with 4 members and reaching a total of 38. I was responsible for managing major clients in the company's portfolio, notably Samsung, where I developed the entire data strategy, implementing a Cloud architecture to centralize Martech data and enable 360-degree analyses.Was also responsible for the co-management of operations at Grupo Boticário, where we had over 45 employees working, including more than 20 data analysts, working on data products using GCP and Tableau. I managed and worked on projects in various sectors, which allowed me to understand Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Processes, Controllership, Human Resources, and especially Finances.
