Process reduced FTE, improved case management participation rates, and is estimated to create medical savings in excess of $2 million annually. Process is currently being evaluated for national scaling, which has the potential for 8-figure annual savings.Identification of Unclaimed Revenue - Analyzed members residing in Long Term Care facilities in an effort to improve coding, revenue, adherence to federal regulations, and improved patient quality.
