  Support design and ensure integrity of a data model for the entire end to end Customer process within which the Credit Process is embedded and work with various other data experts and design solutions under challenges imposed by early-stage maturity of the S4 next generation ERP.Responsibilities as per below :1) Actively analyze and update the current data model (how information flows across various parts of the customer process and specifically through the credit process) in preparation for the Credit S4 journey.2) Maintain data definition documents on how data objects and fields are currently utilized. 3) Assess whether usage of certain fields are redundant; how to standardize usage of fields across Shell; and whether custom fields can be eliminated.4) Collaborate with data experts in the other processes ; Customer fulfillment process; Central I&I experts in CoE, Process Experts and Process Integration Team to develop the end to end To Be Data Model in S4. 5) Understand the information and insights needed for Global Finance Credit per business by understanding business value levels, strategies, pain points. 6) Deliver relevant and actionable insight solutions through the new data model in S4 with the support of IT and central Finance experts.7) Identify the root cause of data quality issues and work with the business to drive the resolution of these issues.8) Act as a knowledge bank for what information/data in available, how it got there, how to extract it and how it is being used in the business.9) Keep track on current available MI tools, new technology and which portfolio of tools to adopt to deliver reporting solutions.10) Play a key role by working closely with the Credit Operations to drive efficiency in the Credit MI processes through automation of manually produced reports. 11) Validate new reporting requests to see how this would impact the new data model in S4 and whether this requires calibration to the data model.
