Key responsibilities were: • Explore the market to seek out target customers & make them aware about our products, thus motivating them to buy our products (Take financial facilities from us.)• After pursuing, if the client is motivated to take financial facility from us, I visit the project location and write a visit report and submit it to the authority.• Then comes the most important aspect of my responsibility to prepare the proposal (Memo) and submit it to the Board for sanction.• If the proposal is sanctioned by the Board, I prepare the sanction advice duly signed by the proper authority and send it to the Lessee / Borrower for acceptance.• If the client accepts all the terms & conditions of the sanction advice, I prepare all the necessary documents for the Lease or Loan to be executed (Lease Agreement / Loan Agreement, Lease Execution / Loan Execution, Rider, Irrevocable General Power of Attorney, Letter of Undertaking, Personal Guarantee / Corporate Guarantee, Trust Receipt etc.)• If the client avail Grace Period, I have to calculate the IDCP (Interest During Construction Period) amount and inform it to the client.• After completion of all the above formalities the disbursement is made.• I then keep the client reminding about the due date of the rental / installment / repayment by sending them Monitoring Letter signed by the proper authority.• If the client delays in paying the rental / installment / repayment, I have to calculate the delinquent charges.• Major Clients: (i) Noman Group of Industries, (ii) The city Bank Ltd., (iii) PHP Group, (iv) MEB POY Mfg.
