  I founded and am currently the Executive Director and Managing Partner of Camino Group in Costa Rica. Our group consists of two inbound travel companies in Costa Rica, Premio DMC and Camino Travel and Premio Experiences a specialist in team building and corporate social responsibility. Premio Experiences is also exclusive member of Catalyst Team building for Costa Rica and Panama. During that time Camino has experienced strong growth from a one person operation to become a leader in the industry in Costa Rica. It provides innovative tour packages and superior service to a client base primarily in North America and Europe. As a leader in sustainable tourism, we are one of the few tour operators to have been awarded level 4 or higher, under the Certification in Sustainable Tourism Program of the Costa Rican Tourism Institute. Also, for our on-site event personal we provide comprehensive back office IT support through a remotely accessible cloud-based platform.• In-house Event Management: Our department can create events from scratch, with customized designs with our own blue prints, lighting plans and layouts.• Product Development: This department researches and ensures that all the product that we incorporate in our proposals meets the highest standards, whether it is aesthetic, logistical, operational, environmental, ethical or legal.• Euromic: We are a member of Euromic which is a highly regarded 40 year old events and destination management partnership with 54 destination management company members from across the globe.
