  Responsibilities:• Responsible to manage end to end Job boards activities across all geographies.• Interact with department stakeholder/teams across business units Sales, Delivery and other teams to make necessary changes, analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with job board team.• Evaluate, analyse, and communicate job board requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain job board processes, including the required reports for all appropriate parties.• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and trainings.• Conduct daily usage report analytics and testing to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems in sync with Job Boards vendors.• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with Job Board vendors for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.• Facilitate training related to Job boards with internal teams and ensure smooth transactional activities implemented successfully.
