  Worked with individual faculty members across many disciplines to incorporate effective technologies into their teaching. Designed and facilitated group workshops. Assisted with organization and facilitation of summer and winter Faculty Institutes. Provided end-user support for web-based learning system, and general technology trouble tickets. Reviewed faculty technology grants, and worked with grant recipients to redesign courses to incorporate technology. Selected projects include: Customized MS Word using VBA programming for a Nursing/Pathophysiology course activity. Converted a paper-based project to electronic form, allowing students to focus on underlying processes of diseases, rather than proper document formatting.Coordinated a web-based learning module and custom MS Excel Spreadsheets to enable paperless documenting and reporting in an Animal Nutrition and Feeding course. This reduced paper usage, transcription errors, and lag time for class reporting. Served as a member of the University’s Oral and Written Communications Task Force (2004-05), charged with formulating a plan with specific action steps to ensure that undergraduates at UD obtain and improve upon critical communication skills during their courses of study.Completed Institute for Transforming Undergraduate Education (2001), and received training in Problem-Based Learning, which was an integral part of consulting with faculty. Provided career development services such as professional coaching, résumé writing, and job search assistance. Networked with area organizations with hiring needs to offer job opportunities to our audience. Selected achievements include:Developed fully functional web site and coordinated offline services to create an innovative company that had no existing model in the industry. Based on user experience and feedback, underwent a major web and business process redesign in summer 2013, simplifying all of our systems and improving customer growth and satisfaction.Grew contact management database from 0 to 400 users in two years and created a custom weekly e-mail campaign that delivers job opportunities and career resources, with average open rates of 42-50%.
