Responsible for establishing and maintaining all aspects of quality for PVH’s sustaining product portfolio, including oversight of design controls, risk management, product reliability, post market surveillance, corrections/removals, health hazard evaluations, and compliance to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Led Post Market Quality and Reliability Engineering functions for Medtronic’s Cardiac Surgery business. Responsible for managing health hazard evaluation, risk Management, complaint investigation, and returned product analysis for all commercialized products. Executed field corrective actions and product hold orders. Ensured procedures and practices are compliant applicable global regulations/standards. Led the Complaint Handling and MDR/Vigilance Reporting team for Medtronic's Aortic business. Responsible for managing product complaint assessment, investigation, returned product analysis, customer communications, & global regulatory reporting functions within Medtronic's post-market quality system.
