  During my stay at ACTIVA I worked as an English teacher for extracurricular activities with children between 6 and 9 years in different schools in Logroño and the surroundings.My job consisted on helping them so they could progressively improve their English expression through simple tasks, didactic games (vocabulary cards, visual examples, songs, among others), theatre plays and, definitively, any type of activity that may catch their attention, permanently promoting an active and enthusiastic participation by their side and, consequently, boosting their resourcefulness at speaking in that language.   International trade advisor at spanish economic and commercial office in paris

  Over my stay at the ICEX Commercial Office in Paris, I worked as an international trade advisor for both Spanish and French companies, intending to carry out export projects. My main duties were, among others, the following:- To provide advice to Spanish companies interested in initiating internationalization projects in France, through consultations and personalized services.- To prepare and put up to date market reports on the most relevant sectors of trading activity in France, or those which could be of most interest and attractiveness for Spanish companies (food and beverage, furniture manufacture, footwear and fashion, construction and public works machinery, etc.) - To attend at international fairs and congresses held in France and prepare the corresponding detailed reports about all kind of novelties introduced, participation of companies (both national and international) and assessment of the main points as a whole that may make these events seem attractive to future and potential investors. - To write down sectorial notes of interest for the economic relations between France and Spain. - To elaborate the visiting agenda of Spanish companies moved to France to check out first-hand market conditions.- To follow-up on the updates and highlights from various ministries of the French Government, sector associations and companies of the CAC 40 stock index.   Being part of the Export First Program, promoted by the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (ADER), let me have a closer approach to the business reality by helping small and medium enterprises of the Autonomous Region, so they could experience a reinforcement in competitiveness and efficacy by boosting their internationalization projects, and the most fitting and suitable business for each one, in order to facilitate their take-off to foreign markets.Regarding the internal structure and methodological particularities of this program, I was assigned the tutoring and advice of three SMEs from La Rioja. My main functions are summarized in two points:- To draw up a plan for an adequate analysis of the companies.- To carry out the execution of these.
