Responsibilities- Territory Channel Managers curate and connect to customers, an ecosystem of best of breed solutions in territory driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption & usage in assigned territory.- Accountable to drive new customer acquisition, incremental customer revenue, consumption and success through partner impact. Partner with the Customer Program Manager, Partner Development Teams, and Partner Marketing Teams to drive channel activation, with a focus on growing Partner Reach, Frequency and Yield across all Cloud Services and with Cloud Services Provider program as the primary motion.- Improve partner sales velocity by ensuring partners are aware of resources and programs available to them to alleviate any friction points; scaling partner impact through our Indirect Providers engagement as well as any complementary partner to partner engagement. Ensure channel execution readiness by leading enablement and activation activities in partnership with the Partner Marketing Advisors.- Maximize customer acquisition, revenue and renewals by orchestrating end-to-end sell with motion with the Partner Marketing Advisors and Partner Management teams, to identify the market opportunities, create the relevant Go To Market campaigns inclusive of offers and incentives to drive leads and opportunities for prioritized partners;- Grow partner ecosystem by surfacing customer wins for partner sell with evidence; surface partner capacity and capability needs and key Opportunities to Partner Management team to drive development and recruitment of new partners. Business Orchestration: •Drive One Microsoft orchestration across teams to grow business in territory through partners. •Track and assess channel performance and adjust strategy to ensure territory success •Secure, coordinate, manage resources and programs in supporting channel connection to enable customer success. •Influence subsidiary/area leadership to align strategy & resources to help team achieve targets with partners as measured by consumption, usage and adoption. •Orchestration of communications to the channel community via Yammer etc. •Coordinate of marketing campaigns through breadth engagement - distributors•Management and co-ordination of Windows device sales through breadth of Education Partners•Development of Education Surface Reseller channel (where applicable)Reporting•Weekly reporting to (insert Vendor name) management team and Microsoft Enterprise Channel Manager Show less I joined Microsoft Project 4 years ago, dealing with Microsoft Partner Network program and marketing campaigns. It was a real challenge for me dealing with over 3000 partners and their requests. But i believe that my desire and my devotion to develop in this area, led me to strong relationship with partners, by offering them the best support in solving their problems related to membership, products and contracts. In November 2016 a new opportunity appears, to be part of Education team, what brought me closer to my parent’s passion. Both of them were teachers.
