Oversaw a multi-agency Counterproliferation Task Force to aggressively combat the illicit theft and procurement of sensitive information and intellectual property by adversarial foreign powers, while simultaneously leading a robust cyber crime program focused on combatting network intrusions, business email compromises, and cyber fraud. Developed the initial mission statement and operational strategies while supervising a team of Supervisory Special Agents in the management of aggressive world-wide field operations. Coordinated directly with the White House as the FBI representative to the National Security Council’s Sub Cyber Review Group responsible for creating the President’s policy and response to aggressively counter foreign computer network attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure.
