  In 2012, I was announced winner of the Inaugural Gold Service Scholarship which has meant that, during the last four years, I have gained a unique insight into what quality service looks and feels like through hands on experience at some of the finest hotels and Michelin star restaurants in the UK and beyond. Working within these establishments on various events has inspired me.2012 gave me wonderful opportunities to enhance my career after undertaking work placements in the following establishments. I saw every corner of the industry and have a gained a real enthusiasm for using the knowledge acquired through completing my scholarship and working full time, my organisational, technical and personable skills have excelled.
