      I am involved in virtually every phase of stream restoration projects including initial project evaluation, scoping, proposal writing, site assessment, conceptual design, generating final design/construction documents, report writing, construction observation, monitoring, project management, public outreach and stakeholder engagement. I serve in as a SR technical reviewer for restoration projects performed by others at Stantec and am responsible for supervising a small number of employees in our group.
