( GM, Ford, Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, Chevrolet, Nissan, among others).Continuous Improvement to molds with complex design or low performance, with the objective to increase the efficiency and to reduce down-time up to 70% on different cases. Design improvement for hot sprue - hot manifold, direct and indirect pressure sensors, core tool breakage.Launcher:Management of new capacity and replacement molds identifying process and tool improvements. Support supplier assessment and selection process, driving internal and external resources during development details: design, construction and releasing the tool.*New tooling evaluation and quotation.Transferring and launch of new products, analyzing molds design and making recommendations to avoid potential issues.
