  • Job responsibilities includes initiating, Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling different project activities as per project objectives.• Making project charter and the Project Management Plan and their subsidiary plans,Estimate costs, making budget, preparing scope baseline, preparing cost baseline, manpower planning, help to make the change request, taking the project progress etc• Estimate the costing of the future project using Aspen Capital Cost Estimation (ACCE) software, making the feasibility report and assist in licensor selection. Apart from that I am associated with the new configuration studies of proposed refinery complex of HPL.• Undertaking submissions of L1 and L2 schedule of supply, erection & commissioning, MPR (Monthly Progress Report) & daily site progress report, procurement status, & item wise reports presentation.• Co-coordinating with the licensors of the process, EPCM contractor and various inter-disciplininery activities.• Collating data on demand-supply, identify drivers of upstream/ downstream markets, tracking new capacity additions, licensors, CAPEX and price movements• Help in preparation of in-house per-feasibility reports/ evaluation of competing projects• Maintaining database for performance monitoring and analysis• Development of business models and what-if analysis reports, production planning, grade sequencing, naphtha blending, yield calculation, EBITDA forecasting and EBITDA calculation etc• Weekly industry update report in the refinery and petrochemical industry which contains various activities such as shutdown, new contracts, new technologies etc. Show less 1.Abilities in conducting market research, proposing consumer insights, trade insights and market intelligence & competition analysis before implementing innovation strategy2.Capabilities in conducting day-to-day research & development activities and resolving related issues3.
