  Ice dance coach & basic skills coach

  I am an ice dance coach for Lakeland Skating Club. It is my job to teach kids how to perform ice dance and the skills involved with it. Ice dance involves ballroom dances converted to be skated on the ice with a partner to a set pattern and musical score (waltz, tango, foxtrot, swing, etc.).

  Preventative cardiology intern

  This was a 16 week, 600 hour clinical internship in Preventive Cardiology. During this internship, I worked in Cardiac Rehab, Bariatrics, Weight Management, Pulmonary Rehab and Preventative Cardiology. In addition to rehab, I completed several clinical observations, helped out with research/data logging, conducted pulmonary function tests, bod pod tests, and cardiopulmonary exercise stress tests. Some of the special populations I worked with include LVAD, cardiac transplant, heart failure, peripheral artery disease, diabetic, blind, and patients with mobility issues. Show less
