Sizes 8 mm to 40 mm successfully Developed & Rolled in Fe 500 D, Fe 550 D, CRS Grade complying BIS std IS 1786 at the Rated speed of Mill up to maximum speed 45 MPS.2.Responsible for Production Target, Quality, Cost and Spare & Resource Management.3.Controlling of various parameters like Temperature, Decaling, Mill Setting, Rolling data, Dimension, Cut lengths etc.4.Planning of Section Change by maintaining Operational Spare, Tools as per Management Guidelines.5.Advice to Roll shop to assemble Rolls and guides for required sections6.Ensuring that production plans meet guidelines and specification.7.Ensuring safety and quality control procedures and standards are followed.8.Ensuring efficiency and timeliness of production process comprising monitoring manpower schedules, reducing production losses in conjunction with maintenance departments.9.
