      As a part of the firm's management team, I am responsible for the management of the paralegal staff and have over 29 years experience in assisting the firm's attorneys in all facets of their representation of clients, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Trustees, creditors, and Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 debtors. In my capacity as Paralegal Administrator, I am responsible for training our paralegal and legal support staff, and the management of all Trustee financial accounts, maintenance of the Trustee Case Management System, and compilation of all reporting to the United States Bankruptcy Courts and the Office of the United States Trustee on behalf of the firm's Trustee clients. I assist the Trustee in their operation of businesses in chapter 11 and chapter 7 in accordance with United States Bankruptcy Court Orders, including being responsible for maintaining their budgets, payroll, obtaining and maintaining insurances, processing of all receipts and disbursements, preparation and filing of their monthly operating reports. For those businesses that are post-confirmation, I am responsible for their banking function including review and processing of payments on invoices, receipts, and distributions, payroll processing, and reporting. I work closely with the Firm Administrator and Firm's Chief Financial Officer with respect to furthering the human resources function of the firm and have created and conducted team building seminars and other training courses.
