      Received and counted stock items, and recorded data manually or by computer. Packed and unpacked items to be stocked on shelves in stock-rooms, warehouses, or storage yards. Maintained storage lockers containing hard hats, gloves, steel-toed work boots and office supplies. Verified inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigated discrepancies or adjusted errors. Stored items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas and marked stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Cleaned and maintained supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Weekly, conducted an inventory against a paper copy of the electronic spreadsheet. Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. Maintained an inventory level that would sustain our work habits for three months. As supplies got low, submitted a roster of supplies necessary and once approved, signed out our company's credit card and went to the store. Maintained databases for over $3 million fiscal year allocation of munitions. Determined allocations by reviewing prior year usage. Pulled assets back for cancelled events.       Maintained and supervised the distribution, issue, return, maintenance and records for all Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) material handling and GSA stake equipment, totaling over $20 Million in Department of Defense assets. Transmitted and explained work orders to staff and reviewed work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure it was performed properly. Reviewed daily work orders with Marines and assigning each Marine their tasks and answered all questions. Assigned Marines to do counts and conduct inspections of the ammunition to ensure serviceability. Ensured the correct identification and sentencing of 693 receipts with a value of $7,197,040. Supervised the staging and removal of over 3,000 A&E laden vehicles with a total net explosive weight of over 100,000 lbs. Maintained and supervised the dispatch of all ASP vehicle assets and ensured reports for mileage and usage were properly entered into Fleet Assistance. Examined freight to determine loading sequences. Checked specifications of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained in work orders. Ensured ASP physical security requirements were met by ensuring armed guards were in place, patrols by foot and vehicle were made daily to ensure the security fence was in place, free of gaps and undamaged. Planned work schedules and assigned duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads. Conduct inspections, daily counts, supervision of gear maintenance and training of personnel on how to use and care for the gear using inspection log books, Excel Spreadsheets and class rosters and implementing school policies on gear control and use.In strict accordance with Marine Combat Training regulations, safely lead and train non-infantry entry level Marines in the skills needed to operate in a combat environment. Served as a Position Safety Officer (PSO) for 100 live-fire ranges for weapons, day/night combat marksmanship, squad fire and movement. Provide 200 hours of practical application in weapons handling, employment, patrolling, defensive fundamentals, communications procedures, Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and Military Operations on Urban Terrain. Communicated with outside agencies (range control, school scheduling officer, and school Logistics Officer) to ensure we had the necessary areas, equipment, and supplies to conduct training. Utilized the school Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and range regulations, regularly inspected staff and shooter weapons and gear to ensure they were compatible with range regulations, as well as going over safety measures and precautions with range staff and shooters. Assisted in developing, auditing, updating and maintaining all associated Master Lesson Files (MLFs) for the Program of Instruction (POI) to include all components in accordance with the Systems Approach to Training users guide.
